ThePlots
Being different has never been easy...
Humans(Mundane) seem to be blissfully unaware that once more, the abnormals, the ones with powers, are among them once again. The city of Rysleil was built as a shelter for the humans during the war, where most of the rich and wealthy called home. Of course they allowed some of their employees and workers to set up shop in the city as well, to keep the economy running while the rest of the world was at war. However, as of recently, there have been attacks on the outer edges, random building collapses, sinkholes, plummeting stocks, and leaking data. There also happens to be poor food supply and severe weather corrupting all of the imports. The world as they know it seems to be collapsing around them, and with renewed vigor, they are blaming the abnormals, which may or may not have anything to do with it.
Abnormals(Freaks) have been at war with the mundane bastards for nearly a decade now. They destroy the land with their weapons and their chemicals. They have no respect or appreciation for those with abilities and what they could do if they would just accept them for who they are. The abnormals are relocating and finding their ways into the city, gathering their ranks, offering freedom and a desire for peace with the rest of the world. They want nothing more than to just live their lives among the people once more, instead of constantly clinging to the shadows.
Both sides have lost many of their own, though the abnormal population seems to care a bit more than the humans, who are completely used to war. The world has not known peace, in most corners and reaches, for over a decade since those with powers were finally discovered. There are rumors of remote areas where the mundane and the abnormals live among one another without any desire for war... But places like that are just fairytales.
