APPEARANCE
Kilian stands at 6'2" and weighs approximately 155 lbs with an athletic build. He has fiery red hair that is usually tied back into a somewhat messy ponytail or bun but can fall down to his shoulder blades. He has strikingly yellow eyes that stand out a little more due to his hair color. He also has a light tan skin tone. On his chest he has an abnormal scar that was caused by a previous run in with an abnormal he had been hunting, which is also a constant reminder of how dangerous those Freaks can be.
PERSONALITY
Kilian can be quite the flirt at times, especially when he views someone as attractive. He doesn't really care what they view themselves all that matters to him is how attractive they are to him. He will have the occasional fling but he can also be known to actually date someone every now and then. However, he hasn't really had that much luck in actually dating people due to his line of work as well as the fact that he dedicates his downtime to taking care of his teenage brother. He is a charismatic person and will try to use a silver tongue to get information or to just get things moving in his favor.
He loves his brother immensely, seeing how they have just each other for a few years now. He would do anything to keep him safe. However, he can be just as ruthless when he's hunting down Freaks to kill. He does do his best to make sure civilians aren't harmed but... Well, accidents happen when it concerns Freaks. He hates Freaks plenty, probably due to the fact that some had ended up killing his parents leaving himself and his younger brother orphaned.
HISTORY
Kilian was the firstborn to an average, Mundane couple. His father was in the military and his mother a nurse at a hospital. He grew up normally and about when he was ten years old his baby brother, Loki, was born. At first he was a bit put off by the whole age gap but his father was an active duty soldier at the time so it was reasonable for him to...not be home for periods of time. However, he eventually came to love his baby brother and did his best to be a big brother to him.
Though what peace his family had was quickly ruined as the war on the Freaks hit very close to home. He was about nineteen years old, and currently attending college, when a Freak had entered the hospital where his mother had worked at. They were supposedly injured, if not a bit panicked, when the Freak's powers went out of control. There was plenty of damage done to the hospital as well as those inside, his mother had been gravelly injured only to die a few days later from her injuries. Their father was stationed overseas at the time, leaving Kilian in charge of taking care of his nine year old brother.
He pulled himself out of college to take care of his younger brother, using what money they had in the bank from their mother's work. Of course Kilian had gone ahead and decided to work part-time to help sustain both himself and his brother. He kept in contact with his father the best he could for a few months until he had received notice of his father's death in the line of action. The news had hit him hard, though he knew he needed to obtain custody of his brother before he would be sent off to foster care. It took a bit of a fight but he managed to gain custody of his brother and he was given at least most of access to the money that they had inherited from their parents.
Once that was all settled he had himself and his brother move to the city of Rysleil where he soon decided to join the ranks as a Soldier to combat against the Freaks he had grown to hate. He made sure Loki was enrolled in a private school to continue his education and to make sure he'd get a good life as well. However, despite loving his brother immensely he does find it rather aggravating that his brother constantly tries to convince others that he can perform witchcraft - to which the older male often smacks him upside the head when he catches him in the act.

- He has a pack of specialized cigarettes so he can inhale the chemical compound to enhance his strength and senses due to being a Soldier.
- Always carries a lighter as well so he can smoke.
- Despite being a Soldier he does take time to take care of his younger brother
- He has a knack for playing stringed instruments in his downtime
- Don't challenge him to playing songs on the ukulele - he will readily play Metallica on it
